WCAG 1.0 and 2.0 Services

The the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) has always seen accessibility as one of its primary responsibilities when creating guidelines and standards for the web. It published the first version of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) in 1999. These guidelines were then revised in 2008 to version 2.0. Version 1.0 of these guidelines were specifically designed to make HTML accessible. However, once it became apparent that the World Wide Web was more than a collection of HTML pages, WCAG 2.0 was developed to be technology nutral. It could be applicable to HTML, Flash content or other types.

WCAG is not only a set of guidelines for us, it is a way of thinking through product design and user experience.
